1) Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in mobility systems infrastructure and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing sound advice and guidance to other departments in the application of information and best practices 2) Install and ******ure computer hardware, handheld, operating systems and applications. 3) Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. 4) Support users through a series of actions, either face to face , over the telephone or e-mails. 5) Troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnoses and solve hardware/software faults. 6) Provide support, including procedural documentation. 7) Install printers, Hardware and Software with their required upgrades. 8) Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. 9) Supporting the roll-out of new applications. 10) Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs. 11) Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate). 12) Test and evaluate new technology. 13) Records sufficient details for complex problems to enable the appropriate escalation path to the identified and involves the appropriate specialist in problem resolution. 14) Undertakes any general tasks relating to maintenance and administration of systems as directed 15) Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance as scheduled. 16) Position might require after work hours and weekends to perform tasks that cannot be done during normal work hours

- شهادة بكالريوس في الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات.
- سعودي الجنسية.
-لديه خبرة جيدة ومرونة في العمل.
