Good Technical and functional knowledge on Oracle HRMS & Payroll

Expertise in the modules Core HR, Payroll, OAB, Self-Service and OTL

Complete Implementation of Oracle Core HR, Payroll, SSHR and OTL Setup

Strong in writing Fast Formula for Payroll processing, performing impact analysis for the Fast Formula changes for several Payrolls

Strong programming experience in creating Procedures, APIs, Packages, Functions, Triggers, and other database objects using SQL and PL/SQL

Expertise in Development of RICE Components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions)
Forms Customization and Development

- Expertise in Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), customizations of OAF Pages, extension and creation of new OAF pages

Good experience in Payroll Elements and Element Links

Good experience in developing and customizing Workflows

Day to day support issues related to Core HR, Payroll and SSHR

Troubleshooting Workflow related issues in HRMS & PAYROLL

Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
