Alumni Officer) Female:
Qualification Required:
• Holder of Bachelor Degree, at a minimum.
• 2-4 years of experience in Alumni (Relations / Public Relations).
• Fluency in both Arabic & English, both writing and speaking.
Skills & Abilities
• Knowledge of marketing, public relations & event planning, methods & techniques.
• Strong in communication.
• Strong Internet skills (the use of social media, and basic website management).
• Assist in the development and implementation of the College’s Alumni Relations Strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create a comprehensive and up-to-date Alumni database.
• Establish and build relationships with a wide range of Alumni.
• Keep regular communication with Alumni via all means.
• Operate Alumni Newsletter and track its effectiveness.
• Support the college by undertaking events and communications which will promote good Alumni relations.
• Maintain a good knowledge of the higher education sector.
• Perform related duties as required or deemed appropriate to accomplish the assigned duties and responsibilities of this position.
