Sales Engineer For Abha & Khamis Mushait: Job code (008-2018) Minimum Requirement: - Saudi candidate - Bsc. in Civil Engineer or any equivalent - Interested to work in Sales sector - Fluent in English - Positive attitude Job Specific Accountabilities Plans, recommends annual sales, business targets and promotional action plans/targets to the Manager based on market needs and feedback, competitors’ activities and subsequently assists in designing and developing sales strategies for the territory in order to ensure growth in revenue and market share for Bitumat. Implements and monitors sales strategies in the territory to ensure that trade and public in general are made aware of the existence, variety, competitive prices and quality of Bitumat products available Monitors, analyses and gathers market trends and competitor activities in collaboration with the Marketing team on a regional basis in order to identify opportunities and anticipate threats and to recommend and implement counter activities in order to improve the market share of Bitumat in a highly competitive environment. Deals with complaints, suggestions, problems and requirements of potential customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction and good long term relations between the customer and dealers Conducts market assessment surveys by periodically interviewing existing as well as potential clients, keeping track of competitor’s activities to contribute in new product/service development to enhance and sustain Bitumat market share and competitiveness. Establishes contacts and negotiates with agents to promote new areas to business to ensure continuous business growth. Strategizes and executes activities to promote/negotiate business for Bitumat and identify, recommend and solicit potential new customers to widen the client base. Interacts with existing as well as potential clients to establish and enhance long term business relations to achieve/exceed sales targets and maintain regular contact with agents in order to evaluate their service standards, recommend and implement sales and marketing activities to achieve the Sales objectives of the company Reviews dealer and distributor profiles to ensure and validate their capacity, integrity and name recall in order to maintain highest standards of Bitumat distribution Studies and becomes familiar with the assigned territory customs, laws and regulations that would affect the sales and distribution of Bitumat products Conducts product application demonstration to potential clients and customers Interested candidates please send your CVs with the job code in the title (008-2018) at hr@bitumat.com |
