Talent acquisition Specialist ( Male – Female ) Jeddah
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role 2years minimum
- Familiarity with social media, resume unknown and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Ability to training and Create Materiel for sales and customer care training
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
