Looking for Secretary/Document Controller in Dammam
Position Purpose:
Responsible for providing administrative support to Department Heads/Division Heads through carrying out administrative functions including but not limited to receiving and sending information for and from other Department Heads/Division Heads
* Responsible for maintaining records management and document control system in order to ensure proper and comprehensive documentation
Position Requirements:
• Minimum OR BS
• Minimum 5 years of experience in in similar position.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command of English Language.
• Can do multi-tasking and can meet deadlines.
Position Skills:
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good MS Office computer skills.
• High Accuracy skills.
• Well Organized Personality.
