: Qualifications and Skills Required
• At least minimum 05-07 years of work experience as a very good mechanical Foreman in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of English written and oral.
• Previous working experience in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
• Experience in all areas of work (Piping, firefighting fittings, sanitary fittings, water hot and cold, sewage water, rainwater).
• Recognize of Mechanical Materials and understanding their properties.
• Recognize and understand architectural, structural drawings and detail drawings.
• Quality control of work.
• Ordering, receiving and storing materials.
• Organizing the personnel and work-sharing.
• Instructions for execution accordingly to the schedule of works, the drawings, and specifications of the work.
• Follow up the schedule of works (that Mechanical Site Agent make).
• Follow up the weekly schedule of works (that Mechanical Site Agent make) and discussed with all the participants on the site.
• Monitoring of the needs of materials, subcontractors, public services through schedules.
• Record working hours of the workers and additional work hours.
• Understanding the operation and maintenance of all machinery and equipment
• Promote and maintain Health and Safety across the company.
