Job Description:

• AV Security Update Using EPO Server & troubleshooting.
• Network Switches IOS/Firmware upgrade.
• CISCO /HIRSCHMANN/MOXA Switch/ JUNIPER firewall or other make swith/firewall ******uration / troubleshooting/Hardening.
• NTP server ( Meinberg ) installation related support and ******urations.
• Active Directory and User Account Management services & troubleshooting.
• Network Management System support (e.g Whatsup Gold).
• Application Whitelisting Management.
• Backup of Application Software Using Back-ups Server & troubleshooting.
• Network troubleshooting / ******uration.
• Network infrastructure design / changes , technical proposals.
• Provide technical support / solution for network related scope in modification projects.
• Provide technical support / solution/troubleshooting for the PCs used in control systems like malfunctioning , hardware/peripheral issues / network adapter related settings /issues ,system hardening , troubleshooting malfunctions after the installation of any patches ,support for restoring the PCs back to functional.
• On-site IT engineering services
• Preparations of Documentations related to Network security, switch hardening , firewall ******uration.
• Valid CCNA/MSCE Certified Engineers qualification .
• NOT only work ISP (inside plant) or server room , but also mandatory OSP (outside plant)
