"Construction Company Looking For Quantity Surveyor"
LOIS Builders, one of the largest construction companies in Cyprus, is strengthening its international presence while maintaining and improving its competitive advantage. We are recruiting experienced, responsible and the most capable people. We are accepting applications for the following positions:
: QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Civil Engineer or QS graduate of Polytechnic/University or other recognized academy.
• Experience Quantity Surveyor position in 4 years and at least 5 years of the experience construction industry.
• Excelled oral and written English.
• Oral and written Arabic will be considered a plus
• Knowledge in BOQ’s, Certificate of Payments, Variation, Claims, Tender.
• Excelled Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
• Check subcontractors/suppliers payment certificates and approval for payment.
• Issuing, checking and approval of interim certificates for sub-contractors / suppliers.
• Study / Prepare / Submit and monitor Material Approval Forms
• Ability to understand how to prepare final accounts and the implementation process of creating final accounts with the collaboration of Senior Quantity Surveyor or Tendering Manager.
• Ability to monitoring project schedule / and be able to read it and understand basic principles.
• Assist management of the documentation of the department.
• Handling all issues that have to do with outgoing mail of the department in collaboration with the Tendering Manager.
• Working experience in Saudi Arabia will be considered a plus
• Promote and maintain Health and Safety across the company.
