Construction Company Looking For "Saudi Female Lawyer"

Is a construction company in Riyadh since 2010. Continues its development, undertaking the execution of important market projects (construction and technical projects) of both public and private interests. LOIS Builders, by enhancing its international presence, maintaining and improving the competitive advantage of qualified and competent personnel.
- Applications for the immediate filling of the following position: Internal Legal Advisor.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Study of data relating to Company's affairs and contractual agreements.
• To follow up on legal issues/cases involving LB.
• To perform such other duties and responsibilities in administration.
• Managing and modifying data in a structured format.
• Research on the Internet or through other sources for additional information.
• Identify relevant laws for their study and implementation.
Required Qualifications:
• Gender: Saudi Female.
• Law degree.
• Good Knowledge of English language.
Exercise at least 2 -3 years of previous experience in dealing with cases before the District Courts or related experience.
• Excellent knowledge of computer use and Microsoft office.
• Confidentiality, reliability, speeds of work and analytical skills.
• Previous experience of the legal aspect of the construction industry will be considered as an additional asset.
