Job Description
Software Engineer and Senior Web Developer
Web developer responsible for our in-house developed applications and support. Must have BS in computer science or a related field. Bi-lingual (Arabic / English) is an asset. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and ability to learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
Should be proficient in:
• Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Coding, creating and managing customized CMS
• Creating website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrating data from various back-end services and unknown
• Designing graphics for web usage
Technical Skills Required:
• Proven working experience in web programming – at least 4 to 5 years
• In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS – including HTML 5
• Expert on at least one of the following programming languages:
• ASP.NET
•
VB .net and C#
• Javascript, Ajax
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Good understanding of dynamic interactive website development
• Advance experience in relational database:
• SQL Server 2013
• MS Access
• Postgresql
• Oracle
• Proven working experience in Windows application programming
• Data loading tool development
• Advance experience in Object Oriented Programming
• Must be able to create and maintain software documentation
