Education Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Work Experience: 2- 5 year Experience as Buyer / Procurement officer in Oil & Gas Industry
Job Description:
• Responsible to find the most cost-effective deals and suppliers to minimize procurement expenses and deal with local & international suppliers / vendors.
• Execute this responsibility directly for all equipment and materials purchased. And he will coordinate with Project Management Team on inquiry issue and final vendor selection.
• Monitor and control of overall procurement, including inquiry issue, vendor shop inspection coordination, expediting and logistic operations. He will troubleshoot and resolve purchasing, expediting and shipping problems. He will report procurement status to the Project Manager.
• Develop the Project procurement plan.
• Control / monitoring all equipment purchases, inspection and expediting for timely and efficient delivery.
• Coordinate audits and inspections of vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare inquiry package.
