Job Description:
Issue quotation and invoices TIMELY for BU team members (invoices issued on same day and Quotations issued within one working day).
Coordinates with salespeople to respond to customers’ inquiries within one working day.
Coordinate with Salespeople to maintain customer deliveries list and make sure deliveries are made on time.
Coordinate with sales to ensure payment on-time and achieve ZERO over 120 days.
Works on forecast for each customer for each sales person to always have a buffer stock and available material for potential customers


Requirements:
Good Arabic and English language skills
High responsiveness

Good communication skills and openness to others
Self-motivated
Fast learner
Multitask Person
