A steel Structure Company located in Jeddah – KSA is hiring Sales Manager, charismatic and efficient professional, who is able to bring an assortment of knowledge and skills to every area of a business. have a track record of achieving, deeply passionate about sales and marketing. have the ability to understand big picture concepts and to dive into the detail needed to implement them. Possessing broad technical knowledge of the latest marketing, able to create customer focused win-win initiatives.
min. work experience (15 years) in steel industry, min (5 Years in managerial level) Personal Skills: - Ability to target companies and passive candidates quickly and effectively. - Building deep and lasting relationships with big customers. - Able to build and energize talent through coaching and developing others. - Knowledge of how to manage customers with the greatest of care. - Identifying & manage resources required to maximize volume opportunities. - Ability to lead large, complex cross-functional sales initiatives. - Exposure to and comfortable with the process of forecasting. - Able To do and Follow up sales and Sales Support Documents and procedures. - Tasks-entails identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients& suppliers, negotiating and closing business deals. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations for realistic quotations. - Gathering market and customer information, developing potential cliental. - Lead and manage key accounts to ensure increased revenue & customer satisfaction & find the ways to expand the sales network. - Incumbent is expected to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with an ability to manage customer relationships. - Able to read and draw engineering drawings using AUTO CAD. - Should be able to prepare BOQ of the enquiry by quick estimation& pricing the job in line with Project / Contract specs. - Negotiating contract terms to meet both client and company needs. - Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers. - Carryout Site Survey for preparing realistic quotation. - He must have an excellent proven track record of technical sales within the steel fabrication sector. Able to read technical drawings. - He must be well organized, motivated, dynamic, sharp and has professional personality.
