Job Title: Planning Coordinator… females


JOB PURPOSE

Carry out the daily activities of data entry records, lists other data points into an electronic format to enter accurate production report in system.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Planning
Receive, compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Enter & save data as per system procedure
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check accuracy of output data
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Import or export data from one software to another
Apply data program techniques and procedures
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Scan documents and print files, when needed
Keep information confidential
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
Implement all relevant departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent in English Reading / Writing
Computer literate (MS Word / MS Excel / SAP System or Oracle System)
Alpha and numeric data entry skills



EXPERIENCE

maximum1 year work experience in related field .
