Job Reference : Job Name : Sales Executive Report To : Regional Manager Subordinates : N/A Job Summary The role of Sales Executives is to promote the services of East & West to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of building long term mutually beneficial relationships with them and meeting sales target. Sales Executives are the key point of contact between East & West and its clients, they are responsible to answering queries, solving related problems and challenges, offering advice and introducing new services. The work includes organizing sales visits, demonstrating and presenting services, maintaining accurate records, attending conferences and meetings and negotiating contracts and packages. Subordinates N/A Responsibilities • Responsible for selling company services within specific area/region by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients and recommending suitable solutions to them. • Identifies business opportunities and identifying prospects by researching and analyzing different sales options. • Visit potential customers to present company services and establish new sales leads. • Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication / visits, and guiding them to most suitable services. • Meet agreed upon targets with regards to sales volume, visit frequencies and coverage. • Record sales and order information and coordinate with Operations Department to deliver the service at desired schedule. • Communicate with prospective customers to solicit new ******. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. • Maintains customer files and records with regards to sales visit, presented proposals, contracts, communication and other related documentation. • Make accurate, cost calculations, and assist in reviewing the offered prices to different services. • Feed future customer needs back to Regional Manager • Assist Upper Management in preparing future sales budget / targets • Assist Upper management in studying competition, industry trends and market activities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field Experiences • 2-3 years’ experience in general sales field • Sales experience in logistics industry is a plus.
