Instrument Supervisor Job Requirements:

1- To be responsible for ensuring instrument assets are reliable and available in order to keep process units in operation.
2- To lead, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance technician’s team and focuses incompliance with the preventive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective of development of breakdown maintenance on instrument systems, equipment and facilities within his area of influence, applying the best and safe maintenance practise
3- Coordinate with maintenance area supervisor the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plan
4- Control SAP PM Notification backlog
5- Submit progress reports to the respective area maintenance supervisor on regular basis


Duties

1- Communicating with Instrument superintendent to accomplish the requirements of the client
2- Planning and execution of his basics knowledge, skills and standards in the refinery and petrochemical plants are carried out for company
3- Coordinate with under his manpower of direct to execute and complete the job
4- Lead and conduct daily meeting ( TBM ) with team
5- Supervise and work with team all ongoing job specific training by concerning with HR Team
Stick and conform for follow up all safety equipment at job execution phase
