• Minimum 10 years of related experience in the Finance & Accounting area (not auditing exclusively) with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role
• Experience in starting up a finance department.
• Experience in structuring and financial modelling/feasibility analysis.
• Professional qualification, CPA, CMA, CFA.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Financial management experience.
• Strong aptitude for math.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Broad knowledge of accounting principles.
