Job Title Marketing Manager
Reports to CEO
Purpose
The purpose of this position is to generate a favorable development of turnover by ensuring a good level of service to clients and prospective clients via the following tasks: Preparing the products presentation & catalog in a professional way, Follow-up marketing orders monitoring and documentation filing, Manage client's records in collaboration with the CEO.
Roles and responsibilities
• Processing day to day exporting tasks in an orderly and timely manner.
• Preparing Catalog & presentation of the company products in a professional way to ensure well introduce to foreign customers.
• Communication with Customers and maintain high standards of all service:
- Introducing the company and describing its products.
- Monitoring Orders and ensuring well delivery to customers.
- Follow up complaints from customers.
• Coordinating with designers for Artworks designs of the Private Labeling line.
- Ability to amend finalized Artworks/labels designs if necessary.
• Monitoring and Filing all marketing documentation.
• Finalizing all requirements for attending/exhibiting in any international exhibition.
• Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the department.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education:
A. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any convenient specialty.
• Technical experience:
A. 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing/Sales Trade.
B. Ability to interact and update open file designs and create simple designs, presentations….
C. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client-oriented attitude.
• Social skills:
A. Well organized and responsible person; analytical thinking, focused on details.
B. Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
C. Ability to Travel if requested.
• Language & other requirements:
A. Proficient in English
B. Strong MS Office skills, especially with Power Point.
C. Knowledge with designs software.
(such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, or any other similar programs)
