Roles and responsibilities:
1. Develop a long, medium, and short-term plan for electrical and mechanical maintenance work in all the company's facilities in cooperation with the directorates of maintenance and studies in the company's factories.

2. Providing studies related to electrical and mechanical constructions that serve the company's business.
3. Supervising the implementation of daily maintenance work in all the company's factories and the general site.
4. Approving requirements for spare materials and equipment, maintenance management, ordering them from the Procurement Directorate, and following up on their insurance.
5. Approving the human resources requirements to work in the directorate in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.
6. Contribute to identifying and adopting the necessary training needs for the directorate's workers in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
7. Working to implement the quality procedures in force in the company in coordination with the Quality and Occupational Safety Department.
8. Holding periodic meetings for maintenance department employees, work procedures, and the extent of implementation of the agreed upon plan, extracting the difficulties they face in performing their duties, and working to solve them.
9. Training personnel working in the Directorate of Maintenance on their work and transferring his expertise to them.
10. Prepare periodic reports on the work of the Maintenance Directorate, including all the achievements, obstacles and solutions for the work and performance project, and submit them to the General Manager.
11. Participate in the meetings to which he is invited, and express an opinion on the results and decisions.
12. Supervising the observance of individual and industrial safety when performing maintenance work.
13. Work to transfer expertise and skills to the rest of the team.
