Indian Dispatcher
An International company looking for a Dispatcher as below requirements:
- To coordinate with all the transporters in terms of deliveries, and invoices
- To speak to the drivers making sure the deliveries done on time and updating the customers accordingly
- Receiving the invoices of the transporters and match them with the delivery notes and ensuring that each delivery note is sign and stamped by the customers clearly. Then handing over these invoices to the accounts for processing
- Maintaining the specifications and requirements of our big customers for trucks and inspecting the trucks physically to ensure 100 % it is acceptable there, so we can avoid the rejection.
- Export handling by road including documents preparation and following up with the driver, and customs broker at the border to finish the clearance and avoid waiting charges
- Following up with the customs for the lab testing results of any export shipment including the refund of any deposit we make
- Handling the samples for export to our suppliers door to door and door to airport including DG packing
- Assisting the warehouse team whenever needed and liaising between the warehouse and sales coordinators
- Investigating with transporters any complain we receive from our customers and visiting the distribution centers of the transporters if needed
- Handling the movement of our leased ISO tanks locally, from the time we load the material, delivery to customers, then returning the empty tanks to the terminal waiting for next load
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Experience 2 years
- Indian national preferred with ability to speak Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam
- Age below 30 years old, we need young and dynamic candidate
- Can drive and has driving license
