Subordinate Responsibilities - Fire Systems Technicians, assistant
Deputy in Absence - Site Engineers

Duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
The Supervisor will manage a team of system technician and assistants in accordance with established client specific performance targets as briefed by the Operations Manager.

The Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager in relation to their responsibilities and performance.
The duty and responsibility will include the following:

Daily monitoring of the operation team under him ensuring that the staffs is posted correctly and that all allocated positions are manned according to requirements at all times.
Be responsible for collation and provision of all management reports which in the agreed format and follow up any action points to ensure implementation and achievement.
Monitoring of uniform standards and ensuring that staffs are dressed in the correct uniform and that their appearance reflects the standards of the company and client at all times.
Effective time keeping of staff and yourself.
Responsible for the discipline of staff as per the company rules and regulations.
Site visits on a daily basis to ensure the operations activities are progressing at site are as per the approved project plan.
Provide support to the staff on the ground and provide them with constant training to maintain a high standard of service delivery to the client.
Submission of daily reports as required by the Operations manager.
Perform additional assignments per the direct manager’s direction.

Educational Requirements
Should have a Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical or electrical with minimum 3 years of Fire alarm & Fighting systems experience

Personal Skills
Should have good verbal & written communication in English; Communication skill in Arabic in added advantage.
Good technical knowledge in Fire alarm system, Aspirating system NOVEC 1230, FM200, Co2 system , Deluge system, Foam System, Fire Pumps & Fire Water system.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Professional presentation skills; self-starter; cooperative attitude; team player.
Highly result orientated with a strong drive to deliver/succeed
Good organisational and time management skills
Good Computer Knowledge
Should be fast learner and dedicated.
