We are looking for an artful Interior designer to undertake a variety of designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual till detailed development in coordination with the clients need and the companies vision and eventually supervise the execution of design at site, coordinating with the suppliers and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking design project from concept to completion and construction.

Defining project requirements and schedule.

Developing Interior design concepts, detailed & construction drawings.

Suggesting appropriate finish materials and their specs.

Developing BOQ, Cost and material templates.

Preparing 3d perspectives and walkthroughs.

Supervise work execution on site and coordinate with the sub contractors and suppliers.

Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven working experience in decorating interior ****** (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, Revit & other design programs

Excellent portfolio of previous works

Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

Communication and presentation skills

Project management skills

BS degree in Interior Design or similar, Masters is preferred.

Min 8 Yrs of Experience (with 5yrs in the Gulf region)
