Aljameel International Co. Ltd, established in 1992, is one of Saudi and GCC largest food wholesale traders and manufacturers (Halva, Tahina, Beverages, packaged nuts) with ambitious growth plans. We are now looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives. You will be highly enthusiastic and positive with strong work ethics and up to date on ever-evolving digital and social media trends.
• Assist the marketing manager in developing and implementing marketing, advertising and social media campaigns.
• Track sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts.
• Plan and organize promotional presentations, and update calendars.
• Track product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
• Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
• Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
• Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
• Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years experience in Marketing
• 2 years experience in FMCG industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines..
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms
• Fluent - Arabic / good English
