Restaurant Manager (1)
Descriptions:
• Fast and Responsible
• Able to manage a Menu and daily specials
• Creative and knowledgeable about the products
• Knowledge of different cooking methods

• Autonomous and organized
• Team Player
• Experience in making and receiving produce orders
• Experience with inventory management
• Experience in using POS systems
• Bilingual (Arabic & English)
• Knowledge about local market seasonality
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients
and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Minimum 5 years restaurant and kitchen experience
Responsibilities:
• Train and supervise the staff
• Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to
• Work with management team to meet revenue objections
• Maintain safe working conditions
• Follow company policies with handling cash
• Control operation costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations
• Daily restaurant management
• Customer service
• Inventory
• Seasonal/Promotional store decorations
• End of day and start of day cash/credit reports
• Cash deposit at bank
• Delegate tasks to team leaders
Front of House Team Leader/Staff (8)
Descriptions:
• Excellent customer service
• Bilingual (Arabic & English)

• Excellent Barista skills
• Minimum 3 years restaurant, cashier or client service experience
Responsibilities:
• Serve customers with a smile
• Make coffee
• Restock front of house market place and drinks etc.
• Handle cash and POS system
Back of House Team Leader/Back of House Staff (8)
Descriptions:
• Excellent cooking knowledge
• Knowledge of different cooking methods
• Knowledge of different kitchen equipment
• Works well under high pressure
• Able to follow different cooking techniques as per restaurant’s cooking and ingredients guide
• Team player
• Knowledgeable with food safety procedures
• Excellent food health and safety knowledge
• High level of person hygiene
• Minimum 2 years cooking and kitchen experience
Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitized the work area
• Prepare all ingredients as per guidelines
• Follow cooking and preparation techniques
• Complete orders at maximum quality and parathion at a fast pace
• Monitor inventory and report if an order is needed
• Maintain a clean uniform
Steward (2)
• Maintain high level of cleanliness
• Fast Paced
• Able to help kitdchen staff with urgent prep if needed
• Bring in products and store them
