- 5-7 years of experience in KSA.

- Relative proficiency in English language is a must.

- Currently based in Riyadh or Eastern Region with transferable Iqama.

-Previous experience in a contracting companies, real estate firms or consultancy firms in KSA is a must. Site experience, material Surveying and material take off experience are advantages.
