Handover Engineers must be Saudi; candidates
Any related architectural or engineering degree.,
7 – 10 years in Construction Projects –
Communication V. good
-Language. Good English Language
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Responsibility
• Assist the Project Manager in handover management
• Coordinate contractors’ efforts towards the handover of their scope of complete villas
• Coordinate with Consultant for snagging and follow up for correction of defected/ rejected work
• Maintain logs of handover from subcontractor to another
• Assist in creating a handover plan in coordination with related departments (CRM/ Construction)
• Handover ready units to owners according to company procedures
• Supervise required modifications (if any) in ready units
