2- Experience in infrastructure projects from 10 to 15 years in well-known companies

What will I be doing?
- Coordinating with the client for all activities related to the project, ensuring client is updated with all the required actions, schedule updates, and critical activities, key issues and concerns.
- Ensure all approved project management plans are being implemented, utilizing all processes, procedures and templated are being followed and utilized.
- Ensure project schedule is updated and maintained, critical bath activities are visible and understood to team members. Arrange and lead meetings with related strategic partners, ensuring that critical actions are discussed, captured and communicated.
- Follow on the status of actions completion, ensuring actions updates are well documented and communicated in a timely manner.
- Create reports as per agreements with the client and PMO team to ensure project status is communicated to the client regularly.
- Ensure all procurement activities are well defined, scoped and are satisfying any regulatory or procedural requirements. Actively managing various strategic partners, reviewing progress reports, deliverables and have a good understanding of their contractual obligations.
- Review strategic partners deliverables and ensuring they are delivered as per the approved requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure project team members activities are coordinated, agreed and reported.
- Generating all the reports and visual presents. ' the project activities as required.
- Capturing, recording and analyzing risks, making sure that risks are escalated at the right level when and if required.
- Manage any client Ad-hoc requests, ensuring client urgent requirements are supported.
- Establish and maintain a healthy and transparent relationship with the client by making sure to add value to any activities the team is involved in.
- Managing the coordination and licensing activities that is required by various governmental entities.
- Support the integration of various infrastructure systems utilized in the project by ensuring close coordination with TO department. Ensuring cross functional cooperation among departments in all activities related to the project ensuring everyone has the latest updates and well aware of the required actions.
- Ensuring all required team members are onboarded and oriented as necessary, providing guidance when required
