Job Alert - Looking for Documents Controller/Secretary Archiving and coding all the department's documents in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company. Implementation of archiving, documenting and coding activities for all the documents in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company. Providing back-up copies of the documents in the case of the damage of originals for any natural or human factors reasons. Save and extract all incoming and outgoing documents of the department according to the approved classification and standards of the Department and as directed by the department manager. Organize documents and files for the department's work and follow-up regularly updating. Carry out any assignment or other tasks related to the job under the guidance of the Procurement Manager Skills: Scientific qualifications and certificates: Diploma degree in the relevant specialty. Experiences and Skills: 2-3 years of experience related to the activities. Good organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and follow up with all organizational units within the company. Knowledge and learn the uses of computers and Microsoft Offs (Ms Office Package) and / or any other relevant programs. Proficiency in Arabic and English language.
