HR Generalist
We are looking to employ an HR Generalist with outstanding analytical and
communication skills..
Responsibilities:
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in HRM or Business Administration.
Minimum of 2 year of experience in HR and payroll functions.
Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
