We are looking to hire a Graphics Designer will be responsible for understanding the goals of Danube Online as a company and implement the business goals in creating high quality & unique design that reflect Danube online as a brand.


Job Title: Graphic Designer
Role Purpose: The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of Danube Online as a company and implement the business goals in creating high quality & unique design that reflect Danube online as a brand.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering graphics for various media whether it is for Social Media, or Printed for Flyers & Posters.
-Researching industry trends and developments and learning new techniques.
-Listening to feedback and altering Graphics of what is needed for the company needs.
-Understanding the market and competitors and what they are doing and keeping track regularly to always preform our best.
- Having experience in creating Graphics, Character from scratch and not depending so much on Shutterstock or frequently used designs.
- Know how to work within a brand guideline for social media Like CTA button, Logo placing, A theme for international festival, Color coding.
- Having a strategy for creating the graphic design that will be reflecting in each post and every post is completing the other post and reflecting Danube app as a brand.
Graphic Designer Requirements:
- Certified in Graphic Design, fine arts, or related field.
- Having experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, and any other related design software's.
- Develop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategy.
- Generate clear ideas and concepts with the copywriter and marketing team.
- Understanding the marketing initiatives, Strategic positioning, and target audience.
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
- The ability to work on creative with creating the idea and adapt it into the design that reflect the copywriter and marketing needs.
- Produce Sketches, Storyboards to visualize ideas.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction
- Ability to work independently.
- Having a strong portfolio that shows your work as a graphic designer.
