Position: Accountant
Job Location: Dammam
Educational Qualification: University Graduate & SOCPA Membership
Work Experience: 3/4 years of experience
Job Responsibilities/JD:

a. Sound Knowledge of Tally.
b. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
c. Maintenance of Accounts Records & Files
d. Recording daily transactions.
e. Petty Cash transactions.
f. Preparation of Indemnity and other terminal benefits schedules.
g. Preparation of Asset schedule.
h. Knowledge about logistics.
i. Inventory transactions and preparation of inventory reports.
e. Any other work as assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
f. Preparation of Payment Vouchers & cheques
g. Collections from Customers.
h. Preparation of Receivables Statement & Ageing analysis
i. Maintenance of Stock records , Physical verification.
j. Preparation of LPO to Suppliers & verification with invoices received.
k. Profound knowledge of Saudi Laws.
