CRM Manager - Loyalty Programs & Customer Data Analysis (Saudi)
Our company is hiring for Customer Relationship Manager (Loyalty Program & Customer Data Analysis).
ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS
Saudi only
Education: Bachelors in IT, Economics, or related degree
2 years previous experience in CRM / data marketing / email marketing
Must know insightful segmentation of customer data
ROI on CRM activities and customer value growth
Must have experience in Customer satisfaction, retention & loyalty programs
Experience in Email and SMS marketing, including writing engaging copy launched on time
Fluent in English and Arabic required
Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Excellent planning, analytical skills, and project management
Knowledge and understanding of data and production processes
