Saudi national
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or engineering major .
3-5 years of experience in same filed
Good English speaker.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Professional Communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills
Task:
Maintain an accurate up to date customer information database.
Ensure total customer satisfaction in order to promote a quality image of the company and achieve its objectives.
Manage the Telephone and Fax Operators staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
