Designation: HR & Admin Coordinator
Location: Jubail
Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only
Scope of work:
• Participate in the recruitment effort for personnel. This includes posting open positions, reviewing resumes, corresponding with candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining the applicant tracking system and maintaining recruiting records.
• Coordinate with foreign agencies for recruiting procedures & processes. Follow-up candidates’ status.
• Responsible for executing new employee on-boarding program including new hire orientation, benefits orientation, and preparing and processing new hire paperwork.
• Responsible for maintaining HR data including personnel files, organizational charts, processing employee status changes, generating reports, and assisting with the generation of the annual Plan.
• Assist with generating company communications and presentations. Maintain HR communication announcements and postings.
• Assist with coordinating organizational training and development efforts. Responsible for coordinating safety training, maintaining training records and the training matrix.
• Administer benefits including processing benefits allowances, processing insurance carrier bills and resolving any discrepancies between the carriers and payroll. Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefit related problems.
• Act as a resource for employees to ensure their understanding and compliance with benefit and HR policies and regulations. Keep HR Manager advised of potential problem areas and recommend solutions as appropriate.
• Assist HR Manager with ensuring positive employee relations. This includes planning and executing company events, administering the service award program and other employee recognition programs.
• Assist with HR and organizational projects.
