Required Job: LCs and LGs Accountant at Al Yamamah Industries Company
Reporting to: CFO
Experience:
• Two years or more of related industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting desired.
The Main Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Must be fluent in English Language.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, and Word) and able to work in multiple systems.
• Must be open-minded and have a team spirit.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills and be thorough and detail oriented.
• Must help in the effective utilization of customs exemptions.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• The ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet the strict deadlines is necessary.
• The ability to review and analyze the purchases, sales, insurance and facilities contracts.
• The ability to fill and review the requests of letters of credit, bank guarantees, advance payment bonds and performance bonds.
• The ability to analyze and deal with all statements and documents received from the Suppliers, Banks, Zakat, Customs, Insurance Companies & Brokers and Tax Authority and any other agencies.
• The ability to prepare the required monthly and annually reports of VAT, Zakat and Customs.
• The ability to enter all the required data and analysis to the ERP system - SAP.
• The ability to replace other colleagues in the treasury department during their annual leave or sudden vacancies.
• The ability to do any other duties and responsibilities which the CFO may assign.
