Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in business administration or similar field.
3 years of experience in same filed
Good English speaker.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

Task:
• Maintain an accurate up to date customer information database.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction in order to promote a quality image of the company and achieve its objectives.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Identify customers’ needs, provide unique customer services and build positive rapport with customers.
