Job Description:

• Receive orders from the sales team and create new items on the system.
• Track item stock availability and keep the sales team up-to-date.
• Communicate with the Procurement Team to release orders for non-stock items.
• Ensure all materials are stocked up in a timely manner at the warehouse at all times.
• Make invoices and generate necessary sales reports from the system.
• Coordinate with all departments to fulfil the customer orders.

• Strong English speaking and writing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Graduate with under 3 years experience in the position, preferably within the IT industry
• Microsoft Dynamics GP and Inventory Management is a must
