We are seeking to recruit a Saudi candidate to fill the position of IT help desk support / PC agent, candidate shall have a minimum requirement as per the below :

• Bachelors or Higher relevant qualification in Information Technology
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• 2+ years’ experience in IT supporting.
• Good IT Troubleshooting and network support Skills.
• Basic Knowledge of SAP.
• 1-2 years’ hands on experience with any ITSM solutions (ticketing tool)
• Install and configure the standard application within the organization for laptops and desktops.
• Install and configure the mobile phones as per the organization Standard.
• Support on Network Configuration with the Global Team.
• Basic knowledge of Network configuration and troubleshoot.
• Troubleshoot the SAP Printing issue.
• Knowledge of share point and share drives
• Configure the Mailbox to user outlook account
• Configure Distribution group and Mailbox group (MBX) On exchange server.
• Basic knowledge on cisco phones and Jabra application for the customer services.
• Stores and customer support teams TV screen for the display troubleshoot.
