An Industrial Company in Jeddah looking to recruit an experienced in (Inventory Controller)

Requirements:
Saudi Arabia Nationality
Bachelor's degree in Accountant
Years of experience (2_7 years)
priority whom working in industry field and SAP system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent - Arabic / good English

Job Description :
• Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
• Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
• Performing regular stock and sudden checks and reporting any issues to the direct manager.
• Putting the annual stock count plan for all company factories with arranged timetable.
• Prepare the monthly closing report of stores balances including the major products lines analysis.
• Report the goods returned with the reason behind and quality report, assure the fully processed in SAP
• Prepare inventory budgets and forecast at entity level based on overall group finance budgets and forecasts.
• Manage and control the up normal materials prices and cost related and report it daily after investigation.
• Ability to be a team leader and prepare a comprehensive professional stock count report include the damages, unused, scraped, missed, rusted, unrecorded etc. with analyzing the variances and recommended actions.
• Review inventory adjustment and post approved inventory adjustment requests in ERP system
• Prepare the monthly report of Local and import procurements with applying COGS formula.
• Control and manage the offset inventory accounts and unsettled balances with deep analysis of the gaps.
• Participates in inventory audits and cycle counts as required and any other inventory analysis required.
• Analyze and control the estimated PO’s charged costs like customs, freights etc. and report it periodically
• Ability to prepare the forecasted stock balances using the committed Lc’s data to estimate the expected changes in average stock prices and reflection on the production cost.
• Prepare and analyze the slow-****** items with provisioned in monthly basis according to company policy.
• Ability to work under pressure and doing any work requested from the direct manager to achieve the department efficiency and minimize the risk assessment
