Hospitality Officer

Main responsibility’s & duties:
* Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of hospitality facilities;
* Ensuring provision of hospitality services;
* Ensuring planning and budgeting of hospitality services;
* Maintaining furnishing, linen, furniture in the department;
* Requisitioning and controlling of stores;
* Dealing with guests’ complaints and requests;
* Maintaining inventory for hospitality equipments and stores;
* Overseeing the supervision and assignments of work schedules; and
* Mentoring and coaching of staff.


Qualifications and skills;
* Saudi Nationality .
* Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and hotel management or any suitable field.
* Medium English language or above.
* Courtesy ,good disposition and agility.
* Problems solving ability.
* Communication & effective dealing with customers.
* Artistic sense of coordination and arrangement.
* Dealing with different systems and dealing with emails
