Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Gender: Male
Language: English & Arabic
Salary: Up to SR. 5,500
Nationality: Open to all nationals

Job Description
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Performs general repairs and maintenance that do not require a specialized technician. For example: Changing lights/bulbs, painting, repairing doors and other building fixtures.
Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed
Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions.
Order, track, manage and report inventory and deliveries.
Coordinate all shipments for clubs based in Riyadh.
Follow schedules of product distribution.
Work with carrier and third-party services.
Document invoices, raise purchase orders and payment postings.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
