- مهندس مسؤول تنفيذ ومواقع Project Engineerبالمواصفات التالية:
o Minimum of 7 years’ experience
o Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, Architectural, or related field
o Expert in finishes and fit out
o Inspect facilities and analyze operational data
o Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
o Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development
o State-issued certification or engineering license
o Direct engineering activities; assign tasks, provide training and support
o Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines
o Strong time management and project management skills
o Active listening and verbal communication skills
o Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems
o Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies
o
- مهندس/ة معماري/ة Architect بالمواصفات التالية:
o Minimum of 4 years’ experience
o Well known of the Saudi relegations and code
o Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
o Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
o Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
o Preparing drawings, 3D designs, specifications, and construction documents.
o Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
o Strong creative and visualization skills.

- مهندس تحكم بالمستندات engineering document control بالمواصفات التالية:
o Minimum of 4 years’ experience
o Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
o Familiarity with project management
o Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
o Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
o Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
o Proficient typing and editing skills
o Data organization skills
o Attention to detail
o BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field
o Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
o File documents in physical and digital records
o Create templates for future use
