Position: Project Control Manager Code: PCM- 802
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 25 years’ experience leading to a position of engineering manager on large-scale projects.
• Extensive progressive work experience, including supervision, preferably in project and staff design engineering, systems start-up, field engineering, and utilities.
• Proficient knowledge of procurement, construction, contracts, and quality assurance. •
• Proven leadership capability. •
• Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience in directing multi-discipline engineering teams including architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical on large projects.
• Technical knowledge of engineering systems, calculations, applications of engineering methods and materials, and applications of computers and computer-aided engineering to problems.
• Broad knowledge of industry/regulatory codes and standards, engineering procedures, and design criteria in all engineering disciplines.
• Experience in continuous improvement and supporting capacity building/talent development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working internationally (preference for Middle East / KSA)
