job description
Experience in document/information management.
• Technical knowledge of document and content management systems and typical data management
applications.
• Methodical and analytical approach to work, the ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, in Arabic and English language. Excellent presentation skills.
• Good attitude & good relationship with others.
• Information Management & Archiving.
• Maintain project information database by ensuring all incoming and outgoing data is stored according
to protocol.
• Information Management System (IMS)
• Monitor incoming queries (RFI’s)
• Understanding of shop drawings
• Archiving /Scanning/Printing - Renaming, recording and filing incoming hard or electronic copies of
drawings (Internal and External).
• Create systems to manage company documents
• Ensure that all documents are up to date
• Conduct company audits to ensure documents are being followed
• Work with auditors to maintain ISO status
• Train employees on how to use and access the documents
• Develop procedures so that they are standardized
• Communicate and collaborate with project managers
• Follow company procedure
