2. Experience 2 years as technical support.
3. Good knowledge about installing application and troubleshooting issues.
4. Printer troubleshooting.
5. Knowledge about windows server. (create users, remove users)
6. Networking troubleshooting.
7. Good communication skills. (English and Arabic).
