We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager responsible to successfully plan, manage, execute, complete and handover all MEP projects disciplines.

• Overseeing the design and implementation of MEP systems for projects.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the MEP systems meet project requirements and specifications.
• Manage MEP procurement, project budgets, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and close-out processes.
• Reviewing and approving MEP system designs and plans.
• Review project costs and creating budgets for MEP systems.
• Developing and implementing project schedules for MEP systems installation.
• Managing and supervising MEP contractors, subcontractors and ensuring that they meet project requirements.
• Conducting quality control inspections to ensure that MEP systems are installed properly and function correctly.
• Managing and maintaining project documentation related to MEP systems.
• Ensuring that all MEP systems comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Providing technical expertise and support to project team members.
• Monitor project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution.
• Ability and affinity to communicate with local authorities such as civil defense, SEC, NWC...etc. thorough knowledge of the regulations and procedures of Saudi Arabia Authorities.
• Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.
• Review BOQs and invoices for accuracy and completion, Manage approvals, completion of work and payment of project consultants and contractors.
• To comply with Health, Safety, and the Environmental requirements.
• Identify and solve MEP design issues, and for its correct transmission to the Construction and Subcontractors.


Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with strong Project Management skills.

• 12 -15 years of progressive experience into mixed -use, retail, hospitality, and residential projects.
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Have good practical organization skills, planning of resources and program scheduling.
• Independent with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects, assist in documentation, presentable, analytical thinking.
• A professional individual with a cooperative attitude, even when under pressure.
• A flexible approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent use MEP software, AutoCAD, Revit is preferred and design tools.
