1. Organizing employee documentation & training certificates – keeping employee records as per company policy.
2. Arranging employee contracts/job offers and allotting badge numbers for onshore, offshore, and rental employees and updating manpower files.
3. Hiring and updating employee details in the System .
4. Updating, Iqama, Passport, and visit visa issue date and expiry date in System.
5. Organizing vacation settlements in system .
6. Generating reports from System upon request.
7. Arranging iqama & Saudi national insurance, forwarding monthly invoices to finance including emp # and location, and updating insurance file.
8. Requesting approvals from operations for Iqama and visit visa renewal.
9. Arranging employee salary certificate, and experience certificate on request.
10. registering Saudi national employees on GOSI.
11. Arranging an Authorization letter with the chamber for offshore staff mobilization.
12. Arranging warning letters upon request as per company policy
13. Requesting for BA employees (email address, laptop)
