We are working on a lovely Field Sales role covering the districts, Al Khobar, Riyadh and our clients are our priorities and not only that they are our success partners therefore we looking for Business Excellence & Support Executive is a professional who improving customer outcomes and increasing productivity through the Group’s key processes to help us increasing sales and expanding our brand across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
• Follow up with all existing divisions and departments at the Entire Group
• Coordinate efforts associated with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions.
• Coordinate, prepare, or review regulatory submissions for domestic or international projects.
• Participate in internal audits & Quality Assurance for outcomes.
• Support all Business requests across the entire group by follow up & Support
• Work closely with group leadership teams of assigned departments and segment leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and leverage the Lean Six Sigma methodology to drive improvement
• Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Communicate and follow up with regulatory Divisions regarding pre-submission strategies, potential regulatory pathways, compliance test requirements, or clarification and follow-up of submissions under review

Qualifications
• Nationality ( Any)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 5+ years in a Project Management role with Business Process and Continuous Improvement experience.
• High Interpersonal skills
• Advanced Presentation Skills, Knowledge of Workshops Facilitation
• Proficiency of English Language is a must
