We are looking for special people
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Technical Engineer, preferably in the telecommunications or messaging industry.
Strong knowledge of SMS protocols and infrastructure, such as SMPP (Short Message Peer-to-Peer) and SS7 (Signaling System 7).
Familiarity with SMS gateway platforms, routing, and messaging protocols.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++, and experience with API integrations.
Solid understanding of networking protocols and concepts, including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and firewall configurations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong analytical and debugging skills to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support when required.
